This study aims to analyze the internal factors and external as well marketing strategy of chili business at Pare Kediri Central Market. Data analysis was carried out by identifying factor evaluation (IFE) (EFE), determining appropriate through IE matrix SWOT matrix. The results found that influenced businesses Main External had an influence were existence partnerships between farmers, traders industry players expand network opportunity in while payment system used a hanger which is threat traders.
